These terms govern the use of the website of FullSpectrum Tech SAS ("FullSpectrum"), a simplified stock company with its registered office in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. By browsing the site or using the contact form you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Scope

These terms apply only to the use of the site. Software development, consulting, and any other services FullSpectrum provides to a client are governed by the proposal or contract the parties sign in writing, which prevails over these terms as far as that service is concerned.

2. Permitted use of the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation, or overload it.
• Submit through the form content that is false, offensive, malicious, or that infringes third-party rights.

The content of the site, including text, design, logos, trademarks, images, and code, belongs to FullSpectrum or its licensors and is protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993, and other applicable intellectual and industrial property rules. The messages you send through the form and our email replies are data messages with the validity and effect recognized by Colombian Law 527 of 1999. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy and personal data processing.
